We hope you love your Miras by Misbah product. If you need to return or replace an item, we make the process easy for you.
- To initiate a replacement, request an authorization code through our online live chat or by emailing mirasbymisbah@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. We will discuss the issue with you and provide the necessary return address information.
- Please note that we only exchange products that are unworn, in their original packaging, and show no signs of misuse.
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are non-returnable.
- If you receive faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods, please let us know and we will replace your item(s) free of charge.
- Miras by Misbah jewelry comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing or plating faults. Please follow the instructions in our care guide to ensure your purchases remain in top condition and last for many years.
- If your jewelry suffers breakage or tarnishing due to a manufacturing defect, we are committed to repairing or replacing your purchase.
